Mauritius Holiday

Hi,

Just thought I would share with you one of the pictures from our amazing wedding at Le Telfair last week.
It was the most wonderful week of our lives. The hotel is stunning and the people and service outstanding. Nothing was too much for them, everything was so well organized and their attention to detail made us feel so special.
We couldn't have asked for anything more special, thanks for all your efforts. And if you have any other clients wanting to get married I would strongly recommend Le Telfair.

Kind regards

I just wanted to say thank you for everything that you organized for our honeymoon. Movenpick is truly a beautiful hotel with excellent service and really friendly staff - we could not have asked for anything better.

Thank you so much

Maldives Holiday

As for the Maldives - Mihiri Island Resort

It was simply the most wonderful holiday that Mary Ann and I have ever had. The staff from the Manager (I think his name was Martin and his wife) down to the cleaners went out of their way to please us. The food was absolutely amazing, the platters were continually replenished, so much so that we only had lunch once. The island setting was something to behold, the rooms were well appointed with good privacy and the snorkelling was totally amazing.

On the down side it is a long trip to get there and back from SA, with the return journey being particularly arduous, I would recommend a stop over of 1 or 2 days in Dubai on the return leg.

It was really the most amazing holiday, I commented to the manager that try as I may I was unable to find any thing to complain about.

Good morning Chantelle

As you can see attachment myself and my husband has just returned from the Villas Mont Choisy in Mauritius where we had a wonderful time thanks to all those involved in arranging our trip. We certainly would highly recommend the place to all we can and also hope to return there sometime. Thanks again.

We do not know where to start so decided to try your e-mail address which is on attached voucher - I've tried searching on the web for an e-mail address for the Mont Choisy Villas but found none.

Many thanks

Hi,

The Hotel is Stunning, +-20KM from Port Louis, I left 7:45 from the hotel to Port Louis Central and it took me 20 -30 minutes to get there depending on traffic. There are Stunning views every ware from décor to landscape. Will definitely not go back to Le Suffern or Le Boardinais .The service here is much better and your sheets actually get changed not like Le Suffern were their torn sheets stays on for 3 days or more. They have 5 restaurants including the all day dining with much better food accept for the pastries were Le Suffern's were better. Over all it's a comfortable stay. There rooms are stunning, you don't pay tray charges or have a Rs1000 per day thing at the restaurant, you have a proper Buffy every morning and evening or the chefs special at one of the other restaurants, You are on the beach were you can actually go for a swim and not in a smelly harbor. They have a business center with free internet access with printing facilities, bill per print, in your room you pay for it. I will definitely go back. Go on to there web site and see for your self, it's a more beautiful and relaxing stay after a hard days meetings.

We had a wonderful holiday!

The service received from yourself was excellent.Your operator was excellent - they received us at all collection points on time and all the staff were very helpful and friendly and assisted us with booking tours and general queries regarding each place.

The only tour booked that was highly recommended, in Athens that was a huge disappointment and rip-off (60 euros I think), was the evening tour with dinner and traditional dancing. We spent half the evening driving to the port, no sunset drinks there as they said there would be. We had the worst food and most unclean toilets in our entire trip and it was clearly a tourist trap. Half the people on the tour left early or left the show and did their own thing until we were taken back to our hotels.

Other than that we enjoyed the half day tour in Athens and the trip to Delos from Mykonos. All the hotels were great with excellent service from Athenian Callirhoe, Imperial Myconian and Imperial Med. Hotel Yria service was good, but not outstanding. The best hotel by far regarding position, service, ambience, breakfasts, shuttle service was Imperial Myconian, Mykonos. Elia beach is by far the most superior beach and well protected from the wind in Mykonos.Sea Jets/hydrafoils were a nice way of travelling between the points though the trip from Mykonos to Santorini was very long. The seats that were booked were nice in the sense that we had more spacious seating in Economy most trips.Buses were easy to use and a great means of transport and relatively inexpensive. Greek people were very friendly, helpful and proficient in English, which I did not expect, making our holiday even more enjoyable.2 weeks was perfect and I highly recommend Greece, it was one of my best holidays I have ever had, and I have travelled extensively!

Thank you once again for all you assistance and advice.I will be sure to recommend people to go through yourself and your company in future.

Kindest regards

Greece Holiday

Hi again

Yes, the hotels were great. Will definitely return or highly recommend both the Electra, which had a brilliant location, was spotlessly clean and had good service. As well as the Pegasus Suites in Santorini which way surpassed expectations. The personal care that this hotel offers their guests is incredible - from reception- to mangagement - to our special "caretaker" Astrid, who took extra special care of us. They all went out of their way to spoil us rotten. If Chris @ Tropical has contact with them please convey our thanks and appreciation with mention of Astrid who took care of our breakfasts, treats, TV, Air con, luggage.... and was always willing to assist and pamper us. And to management - we always felt welcome and thoroughly enjoyed the special treats and tit bits brought to our room. In true Greek style, we were fed all the time (on the house!).

GATS travel was super. All questions were answered before we even asked. They were friendly and timeous and we had no hassle with the transfers throughout our stay in Greece. We felt quite safe and secure under their care. They were also quick to follow up on our request for hiring a quad in Santorini and we were always well informed about pick up times etc.

The ferry from Athens was a good experience, however, if I had to do the trip again, I'd rather fly to the islands. It's far quicker when time is short. I'd also recommend informing travellers to take their own "padkos" on board the ferry as it appears to be the norm for the Greeks. The eating facilities on board are not that great considering the length of the journey.

Athens was easy to navigate as a first time visitor. We found the people friendly and accomodating and the language barrier was not an issue at all. Every- one we encountered was happy to speak English. The food was great too! We made sure we lived the Greek experience and tried all sorts of eateries. They didn't disappoint.

All in all we had a stunning holiday!
